| I guess I should explain that Stitches is an industry trade magazine for those in the embroidery business, and Isacord is a brand of embroidery thread. |

But this doesn't demonstrate
that Isacord is available in hundreds of different colors, nor does it even display four colors of their thread. It is merely one photo of
a spool of thread, |

| Had Warhol been an embroiderer, sure, he might have used Isacord, I guess. |
